A handcrafted open-air timber structure nestled in the back acre of a private gated homestead in Mineral Wells, Texas — built from wood, dressed with chandeliers, and surrounded by trees. It is the kind of place that feels like home away from home.

The Timber House was built for those moments. Up to 30 guests, four hours, tables and chairs already set up and ready when you arrive — all on a private, gated, tree-lined property that feels like you snuck away somewhere beautiful.

Not every gathering needs 100 people.

Four hours of access to the private gated property (back acre — The Timber House area)
Three tables of your choice (barnwood or farm)
Up to 30 chairs of your choice (dining or garden)
One catering table
Private gate code sent morning of your event

Access to AC restroom and dressing room

Additional hours at $50/hour

Complete place settings — priced per person (china or stoneware, flatware, goblets, napkins)

Investment: $700 for a four-hour micro gathering. Add-ons priced separately. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. Available primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The Homestead is where we live, where we got married, and where we are raising our family — all on the same two and a half acres. When you book The Timber House, you are not renting a space. You are being welcomed onto property that means something to us. And we hope it will mean something to you too.

This is not a venue. It is our home.

Step 1 — Submit Your Inquiry

Fill out the Timber House inquiry form with your event details and we will get back to you within 48 hours with a custom proposal.

Step 2 — Review, Sign, and Deposit

Once you review your proposal, sign your contract, and submit your 50% deposit, your date is officially secured.

Step 3 — Make Your Design Selections

We will send a quick design form so you can choose your table style, chairs, and any add-on preferences before your event.

Step 4 — Show Up and Enjoy

Your tables will be set and ready when you arrive. Pull in through the gate, set up anything you brought, and gather. The hard part is already done.

Yes. We have a designated parking strip along our fence line that keeps vehicles away from the event space — so your gathering looks as good in photos as it does in person.

Yes. We have an AC restroom a short distance from The Timber House that is spacious enough to use as a changing room as well.

The Homestead is fully gated. You will receive your private gate code the morning of your event via text. Share it with your guests and reach out if anything comes up.

We do not currently allow alcohol on the property. This is our personal home and we have children and animals on site.

Absolutely. We just ask that you list your vendors on your inquiry form so we can approve them ahead of time. We want your gathering to be everything you dreamed of.

The Timber House is designed for up to 30 guests. If you have a larger group in mind, reach out and we will talk through what is possible.
