Done-for-you event design delivered to your property. Tables, chairs, full place settings, styling, setup, and teardown — within 50 miles of Mineral Wells. Starting at $450 for intimate gatherings up to $3,000 for 100 guests.

Hi, I'm Rachael, this is my family — and we built this business because we couldn't find it anywhere else.
Down Home Gatherings started with my own wedding in 2023, right here on our family's property in Mineral Wells. Every piece was sourced with love, set up by hand, and designed around the feeling of being home. Now I do that for other people, along with my husband Austin and my mom, who are both right here with me for every single gathering.
We built this on faith, on family, and on the belief that your dream gathering is possible no matter your budget or your backyard.
