Investment: Starting at $450 for intimate gatherings of 8 or more guests, up to $3,000 for gatherings of 100. Every Signature Gathering is custom-quoted based on your guest count and event details. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date.

We deliver within 50 miles of Mineral Wells. Events outside that radius are reviewed individually — submit an inquiry and we will let you know what is possible. We have even traveled out of state, and we loved every minute of it.

As soon as possible, especially for spring and fall dates. We limit our bookings intentionally so every gathering gets our full attention (and inventory). Once your date is gone, it is special for someone else.

Yes. Every Signature Gathering includes delivery, setup, styling, teardown, and cleaning of our items. You do not lift a finger.

Absolutely. After you book, we send a Design Decisions form and get on a design call with Rachael, where you choose your table style, chairs, linens, place settings, goblets, and more. You still make it personal — we just make it easy.

Ceremony seating is available upon request depending on your guest count and existing booking. Ask us about availability when you inquire.

Our focus is the full Signature Gathering experience. We no longer offer individual item rentals. If you are unsure whether the Signature Gathering is the right fit, reach out and we will help you figure it out — and point you in the right direction if something else makes more sense.
